Baked Yams

  • 40 oz. can yams, drained
  • 8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 3 Tbsp. pecans, chopped
  • 3/4 c. miniature marshmallows

Directions

    Mash yams.

    Add juice from pineapple, sugar and butter, beating well.

    Add pineapple and pecans.

    Spoon mixture into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle on marshmallows.

    Bake 10 minutes more.
