Baking Baby Caramel Corn

  • 8 cups popped corn
  • 14 cup brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon baking soda
  • 14 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

    In a 1 1/2 quart saucepan, combine brown sugar, syrup, butter and salt, cook until butter melts, cook another 5 minute Without stirring.

    cook until it turns a caramel color, remove from heat, stir in soda and vanilla.

    pour over popper corn that's been spread on a cookie sheet, stir to coat.

    bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 min., stir, bake another 5 to 10 minute.

    cool , place in a large bowl.
