  • 1 cup brown rice

  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Splenda sugar substitute, granulated (or sugar if you prefer)
