- 12 cup white wine or 12 cup apple juice
- 12 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon thyme, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons lemon peel, grated
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 12 boneless skinless chicken thighs or 6 chicken breasts, halved
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except chicken in shallow glass or plastic dish.
