  • 3 thick pork chops
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried minced onions
  • 1 tsp ground celery seed
  • 1 tsp dried lemon peel
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 large pinch sugar
  • 1 pinch kosher salt and black pepper
  • 1 EVOO, as needed

    Combine vinegar and sugar in a small sauce pan.

    Reduce by 3/4

    Coat chops with enough oil to cover.

    Season.

    Bake at 350 for approximately 25 minutes or until pork reaches desired doneness.

    Pour vinegar reduction over chops during last 5 minutes of cooking.
