- 1 cup balsamic vinegar 250 milliliters
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard 15 milliliters
- 1/2 cup olive oil 125 milliliters
Directions

1Grate onion directly into frying pan add balsamic vinegar and heat on medium stirring until balsamic vinegar is reduced to about half.
