Balsamic Vinnagrette

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch sea salt (I like to use morton)
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • thyme (optional)
  • water, bottle

Directions

    Mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar in the water bottle.

    Add a pinch of salt (or to taste) and thyme if you have it.

    Close the water bottle and shake vigorously.

    Serve immediately and enjoy on your favorite saled.
