  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1c. white flour
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 2tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1tsp vanilla

    Preheat oven to 375. Butter pan and dust with flour, knocking out excess.

    Combine bananas, honey, butter, vanilla and yogurt. Puree.

    In medium bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, yogurt

    Combine two mixtures.

    Pour into loaf pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes.

    Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
