- 1 cup flour
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup oats
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 23 cup low-fat plain yogurt (some of this can be applesauce)
- 12 cup milk
- 1 cup banana, mashed
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375F Lightly grease 9x5-inch loaf pan or spray with cooking spray.

2In a large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

3Stir in oats.

4Combine egg, yogurt, milk, and bananas in a medium-size bowl.

5Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.

6Pour batter into pan and bake for 25-35 minutes or until done.

7Cool in pan before removing.

8Tip: This loaf is very good frozen and reheated.

9Cut into pieces before freezing so you won't have to defrost the whole loaf at once.
