  • 3 bananas, mashed or processed
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. nonfat plain yogurt
  • 3 small eggs
  • 3/4 c. bread flour
  • 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • dash of cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg

    Mix all ingredients together and bake for 1 hour in greased loaf pan or 1-pound coffee can.
