- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3)
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 2 eggs
- 2-1/4 cups flour
- 1-1/2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
- 1 cup KRAFT Caramel Bits
Directions

1Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended.

3Add bananas, sour cream and eggs; mix well.

4Add combined dry ingredients; mix just until moistened.

5Stir in nuts and caramel bits.

6Pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.

7Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

8Cool 5 min.

9; remove from pan to wire rack.
