- 8 biscuits
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 stick margarine or butter
- 1 qt. milk
- 6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Use sufficient flour to roll out biscuits thin.

2Place 1/2 sliced banana on each biscuit.

3Combine cinnamon/sugar and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of mix and small slice of margarine on banana.

4Fold over edges of biscuits, pinching to seal.

5Place on a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

6Pour milk over and around biscuits.

7Sprinkle remaining cinnamon/sugar mixture, flour and margarine over biscuits and milk.

8Bake at 425° for 35 minutes.

9Sliced apples or grated coconut can be substituted for bananas.
