- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup grated coconut freshly
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 bananas ripe, mashed
Directions

1Place the bananas in a bowl and mash them.

2Add the remaining ingredients and mix together in one big bowl.

3Mix well till you get a nice thick batter.

4Using a round ladle, scoop batter and gently drop into a heated pan with about 1 cup of oil.

5Fry on a medium heat till it turns golden brown and them place on a kitchen towel to drain any excess oil.

6Serve warm.
