  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut freshly
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 bananas ripe, mashed

Directions

    Place the bananas in a bowl and mash them.

    Add the remaining ingredients and mix together in one big bowl.

    Mix well till you get a nice thick batter.

    Using a round ladle, scoop batter and gently drop into a heated pan with about 1 cup of oil.

    Fry on a medium heat till it turns golden brown and them place on a kitchen towel to drain any excess oil.

    Serve warm.
