- 2 tablespoons pure honey (I use raw honey)
- 4 cups non dairy milk (I use soy or almond)
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon ground flax seed (optional)
Directions

1Place all ingredients in a blender. If desired, add ground flaxseed now. Blend at high speed until a thin, creamy consistency is reached.
