  • 113 cups rice cooked
  • 113 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons sugar substitute
  • 1 each bananas ripe, mashed
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream whipped
  • 2 each kiwi fruit sliced for garnish

Directions

    Cook Rice and milk in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat until thick and creamy (about 15 to 20 minutes) stirring frequently.

    Remove from heat; Cool.

    Stir in Vanilla and sugar substitute.

    Just before serving, fold in banana and whipped cream.
