- 1 stick soft margarine
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. quick oats
- 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. mashed bananas
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2/3 c. raisins
- 2/3 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Blend in a large bowl the margarine, sugars, eggs, vanilla and bananas.

2Sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add flour mixture alternately with mashed bananas, raw oats, raisins and walnuts.

3Bake in a well greased pan at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.

4Cool 10 minutes and cut into squares.
