- 1 1/4 sticks butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3 c. cake flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time.

2Blend well after each addition.

3Mix baking soda with sour cream.

4Sift dry ingredients together and add to butter mixture; alternate with sour cream.

5Begin with flour and end with flour.

6Blend in mashed bananas and nuts.

7Pour batter into greased 8 x 13-inch pan; bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
