Banana Pineapple Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. mashed bananas (4 large ripe ones)
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix together flour, sugar, salt and soda.

    Beat eggs; add bananas, oil, undrained pineapple and vanilla.

    Add to dry ingredients.

    Fold together; do not beat.

    Pour into a greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool 15 minutes in pan.

    Remove and cool on rack.
