- 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can or 2 (8 oz.) cans crushed pineapple (in its own juice), undrained
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1 c. frozen low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2/3 c. crushed ice
- 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a blender container.

2Blend at low speed 15 to 20 seconds to mix.

3Blend at high speed 30 to 60 seconds, turning on and off frequently, until well blended. Serve immediately.
