- 4 Tbsp. carob powder
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. dates
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions

1Whiz for 3 minutes in blender.

2Put in bowl.

3Add remaining ingredients.

4Stir and chill.

5Cut a banana in half.

6Use a corn dog stick or fork.

7Roll banana in carob mixture.

8Then roll in coconut, peanuts, walnuts or anything else you desire.

9Place on tray covered with wax paper and freeze.

10Take out and let the kids or grown-ups have fun.
