  • 5 egg yolks
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

  • vanilla wafers
  • 1 to 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

    Mix sugar, milk, water and eggs together.

    Save three egg whites for topping.

    Bring to boil, then add cornstarch, mixed with a little extra water.

    Cook until thickened.
