  • 10 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Mash bananas.

    Add flour, sugar, butter and nutmeg.

    Pour into buttered, 8-inch square pan.

    Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until delicately browned on top.

    Cut into squares and serve hot or cold, dusted with powdered sugar.

    Can use whipped cream, if desired.
