- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Mash bananas.

2Add flour, sugar, butter and nutmeg.

3Pour into buttered, 8-inch square pan.

4Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until delicately browned on top.

5Cut into squares and serve hot or cold, dusted with powdered sugar.
