  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • walnuts
  • red cherries

Directions

    Mix cracker crumbs and melted margarine and line bottom only of a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix eggs, sugar and margarine in large bowl and beat at medium speed for 15 minutes.

    Spread mixture over graham crackers.

    Drain pineapple and spread evenly over mixture in pan.

    Slice bananas and put on top of pineapple.

    Spread Cool Whip over bananas.

    Cover whole mixture with nuts and cherries. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
