Banana Split Cake

  • 2 c. crushed graham crackers
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 additional stick margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • desired number of bananas, sliced the long way
  • 1 large size can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 carton frozen whipped topping
  • cherries, chopped
  • chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix first two ingredients and pat firmly into dish.

    Cook the powdered sugar, 1 stick margarine and 2 eggs together until thickened to pudding consistency.

    Place sliced bananas on top of crust mixture and cover with drained pineapple.

    Pour pudding mixture over pineapple and top with whipped topping.

    Cover with cherries and nuts.

    Serves 12 to 14.
