Banana Split Cake

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick soft margarine
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 4 to 6 bananas
  • 1 or 2 large cartons Cool Whip
  • crushed pecans
  • maraschino cherries

Directions

    Spread mixture of melted margarine and cracker crumbs in large cake pan.

    Beat until fluffy the sugar, eggs and margarine and spread on top of first layer.

    Add pineapple, then add sliced bananas and Cool Whip.

    Spread pecans over top.

    Add cherries. Chill 3 to 4 hours.
