Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 c. heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 2 sticks oleo, softened
  • 2 large ripe bananas, thinly sliced
  • 1 c. each: coconut, sliced strawberries and chopped nuts

Directions

    Combine 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 stick oleo (melted) and graham cracker crumbs.

    Line a 9 x 12-inch pan with this.

    Combine 2 sticks of oleo, extract and powdered sugar.

    Beat with electric mixer for about 15 minutes on medium speed.

    Pour over crumbs. Layer remaining ingredients, in order listed, over filling. Garnish top with extra strawberries.

    Refrigerate for several hours before cutting.
