- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. diced green pepper
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1/2 c. diced carrot
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen fish fillets, thawed
Directions

1In a small saucepan, combine tomato sauce with celery, green pepper, onion, carrot, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Bring to boiling point.

2Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.

3Spoon into a 10 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch casserole or shallow 1 1/2 quart casserole.
