  • 2 c. crumbled graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 7 bananas
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 medium carton Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix graham cracker crumbs and 1 stick of melted butter.

    Smash in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 5 minutes; cool thoroughly.

    Whip 2 sticks of margarine, eggs and powdered sugar until fluffy.

    Spread over other mix.

    Slice bananas lengthwise.

    Lay bananas on crust mixture and put pineapple on top.

    Top with Cool Whip.
