  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 3 to 4 bananas
  • 1 small jar maraschino cherries
  • 3 sticks butter
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts

    Make crust of graham cracker crumbs and 1 stick of butter. Press into 9 x 13-inch glass pan.

    In a medium bowl, beat confectioners sugar and 2 sticks of butter.

    Add eggs for 15 minutes.

    Must beat 15 minutes.

    Pour over crust.

    Slice bananas over filling.

    Put pineapple, other bananas and then cover with Cool Whip.

    Sprinkle with chopped nuts and maraschino cherries.
