Banana Split Cake

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 sticks margarine, softened
  • 4 bananas
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 large can pineapple (crushed)
  • maraschino cherries

Directions

    Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted margarine.

    Pat into a 13 x 9-inch pan. Beat together for 15 minutes the eggs, margarine and confectioners sugar. Pour over crust.

    Slice bananas thinly over this. Top with pineapple.

    Spread Cool Whip over this and top with pecans and/or cherries. Refrigerate.

    Do not freeze.
