Banana Split Cake

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. margarine (2 sticks)
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 c. crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained very well
  • 1 (16 oz.) whipped topping
  • cherries
  • nuts

Directions

    Beat together eggs, 1 cup softened margarine (not melted) and powdered sugar for 15 minutes - NO LESS.

    Mix together graham crackers and melted margarine.

    Spread out in bottom of 9 x 13 pan.

    Pour egg mixture over crust and slice bananas (sprinkle with lemon juice to maintain color).

    Put banana slices on top of egg mixture. Place drained pineapple pieces over bananas.

    Cover with whipped topping and decorate with cherries and nuts.

    Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
