  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 3 bananas, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 pt. sliced strawberries or 1 can cherry pie filling
  • Cool Whip
  • 22 crushed gingersnaps
  • 5 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) tub whipped topping
  • 1 small pkg. pistachio instant pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds
  • 3/4 c. flaked coconut

Directions

    Mix the gingersnaps with melted butter.

    Pat into a 9-inch pie pan and bake for 10 minutes at 300°.

    While the crust is baking, mix together the whipped topping, pudding and pineapple.

    Pour into the cooled crust and top with almonds and coconut.
