- 5 1/2 c. boiling water
- 2 c. corn meal
- 2 c. cold water
- 3 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Mix a little cold water with corn meal.

2Stir into boiling water.

3Add salt and butter.

4Stir often.

5Cook slowly for 20 minutes.

6Pour into a cake or bread pans.

7Let cool.

8Slice and fry for breakfast.

9Serve with liverwurst and apple butter.
