Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 large can pineapple, crushed
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 4 medium bananas, sliced
  • 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 small pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. coconut

Directions

    Combine melted margarine and graham cracker crumbs.

    Pat in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

    Combine sugar and flour with pineapple.

    Cook over medium heat until thickened; remove from heat and cool completely.

    Prepare pudding as directed on box. Layer bananas on graham cracker crust, then pudding, followed by pineapple mixture, coconut and pecans.

    Cover top with softened Cool Whip.

    Sprinkle more coconut and pecans on top.

    Chill to serve.
