- 1 1/3 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 2 small ripe bananas, sliced
- 3/4 c. sugar
Directions

1In mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt.

2Set aside.

3Into blender put remaining ingredients. Cover.

4Press high button; blend about 20 seconds.

5Pour over dry ingredients and mix just until all flour is moistened.

6Turn into greased 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.

7Bake in preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes.

8Makes 1 loaf.
