- 2 (8 inch) tortillas
- melted butter, for brushing on tortilla
- 14 cup packed brown sugar
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon water
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 bananas

1Preheat oven to 450.

2Place tortillas on a baking sheet and brush both sides with melted butter.

3Bake until golden, about 7 to 8 minutes

4If they puff up, press down with a spatula.

5In a small saucepan, stir brown sugar, cinnamon and 1 tablespoon water over medium heat.

6Stir in 4 tablespoons butter until melted.

7Slice bananas diagonally 1/4 inch thick and arrange in overlapping circles on tortillas.
