- 3 very firm bananas, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup white wine
- Sweetened whipped cream
Directions

1Saute banana halves in butter in a large skillet until golden brown and tender. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Add wine, and simmer until sauce thickens. Serve bananas warm with whipped cream.
