- 4 English sausages
- 2 large onions, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- English Bisto or Oxo gravy mix or other gravy mix
- 2 to 3 c. cooked mashed potatoes
Directions

1Pierce sausages in a couple of places with fork. Fry in skillet or bake in pan (350° for about 30 to 45 minutes) until done.

2Fry onion in pan in which the sausages were cooked or cook in microwave without fat.

3Make gravy mix.

4Stir onions, salt and pepper into gravy. Serve gravy on mashed potatoes with sausages alongside.

5Makes 4 servings.
