- 1 small carton sour cream
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Thaw frozen hash browns until they can be broken apart and stirred.

2Combine first 4 ingredients and mix well.

3Turn into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

5Bake 1 1/2 hours, uncovered, in 300° to 325° oven.
