  • 1 pound unsalted almonds
  • 3 tablespoons rosemary leaves Coarsely-chopped fresh
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne
  • 3 teaspoons dark brown sugar firmly packed
  • 3 teaspoons coarse salt
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter melted

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    On a baking sheet spread almonds and toast in middle of oven until golden, about 12 to 15 minutes. While nuts are toasting, in a large bowl toss together remaining ingredients. Toss nuts with rosemary mixture.
