- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 3 teaspoons dark brown sugar firmly packed
- 3 teaspoons coarse salt
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter melted

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2On a baking sheet spread almonds and toast in middle of oven until golden, about 12 to 15 minutes. While nuts are toasting, in a large bowl toss together remaining ingredients. Toss nuts with rosemary mixture.
