- 1 lb. ground beef (or turkey for low-fat)
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
- salt and pepper
- soft flour
- 1 c. picante sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 10 to 12 tortillas
Directions

1Brown beef and onion together with salt and pepper.

2Drain off grease.

3Add picante sauce and soup.

4Simmer 5 minutes.

5May add splash of milk to thin out mixture.

6Spoon meat into tortillas and roll up.

7Place in dish.

8Spoon remaining meat over the top and cover with cheese.

9Bake at 350°
