Ingredients
- 1 13 cups grated coconut
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons water
- 7 12 ounces chocolate bars with almonds (Hershey's for instance)
- 4 cups Cool Whip
Directions

1Combine coconut and melted butter; press into 8-inch pie plate.

2Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden.

3Cool throughly.

4In a small sauce pan dissolove coffee in water.

5Add chocolate bar, Stir chocolate mixture over low heat until melted.

6Cool.

7Fold in cool whip.

8Pile into coconut crust.

9Garnish wqith chocolate curls.

10Chill in freezer several hours or overnight.

11Remove from freezer several minutes before serving.

12Enjoy.
