- 1 bottle ketchup
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onion
- meat broth
Directions

1Pressure cook chuck roast until tender (let cool).

2Take off fat from meat.

3Tear into small pieces (set aside broth).

4Put meat back into pressure and add all ingredients.

5Use enough broth to keep barbecue from being dry.

6Blend well and cook.
