  • 3 lb. chuck roast
  • 1 bottle ketchup
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion
  • meat broth

Directions

    Pressure cook chuck roast until tender (let cool).

    Take off fat from meat.
  3. 3
    Tear into small pieces (set aside broth).
  4. 4
    Put meat back into pressure and add all ingredients.

    Use enough broth to keep barbecue from being dry.

    Blend well and cook.
