  • 3 to 4 lb. beef roast
  • 1/2 c. red cooking wine
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Directions

    Cook beef in oven until done.

    Let get cold; slice thin.

    Mix wine, catsup and soup mix together.

    Pour over beef; cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Bake in 350° oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serve on buns or plain.
