- 3 to 4 lb. boneless chuck or rump roast
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 4 onions, sliced
- 1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix (I use the entire pkg.)
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Trim fat off meat.

2Place in a 9 x 12-inch cake pan.

3Cover the roast with all the ingredients.

4Cover pan with foil. Bake 4 hours at 325°.
