- 4 lb. beef rump roast
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. pickle relish
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 c. sugar
- dash of paprika
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Directions

1Cook onion and celery in 1 1/2 cups beef broth.

2Mix rest of ingredients; add cooked onion and celery.

3Pour over the top of the roast.

4Bake in a 350° oven for at least 2 hours or longer after testing.
