  • 6 lb. chuck roast
  • 1/2 stock celery, chopped
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 3/4 bottle catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together. Pour over roast. Cover and bake 6 hours at 350°. After cooked, shred meat with 2 forks. Serve with hard rolls. Also good over rice.
