- 1 (4 lb.) chuck roast
- 1 c. onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. catsup
- 2 c. beef broth
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. red pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Place roast in pressure cooker.

2Cook for 2 hours at 15 pounds pressure.

3Remove roast and tear into small pieces.

4Remove all fat.

5Combine all remaining ingredients for sauce.

6Add meat to sauce and simmer 1 hour.

7Yields 12 servings.
