- 3 lb. boneless chuck roast
- 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
- 1 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Remove as much fat as possible from beef.

2Place in roast pan. Mix rest of ingredients together.

3Pour over roast.

4Roast at 325° for 4 hours or until you can easily shred with fork.

5Serve on Italian or kaiser rolls.

6Can easily be doubled or tripled. Freezes well.
