  • 10 plus lb. beef brisket
  • 1/2 c. liquid smoke (mesquite flavored)
  • Louisiana hot sauce to taste
  • 2 large Bermuda onions, chopped
  • 1 large green bell pepper, chopped coarse
  • 1 bottle K.C. Masterpiece barbecue sauce
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tsp. garlic powder

    Mix Worcestershire, liquid smoke, hot sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder in large container.

    Place meat in container and marinate in refrigerator for a minimum of 12 hours.
